I’m sure you’re visiting this page because you’ve seen complaints posted against Purity Products on the web. We feel the urgent need to tell you our side of the story.

If you are unhappy with a product, an offer, or the way you were treated by one of our team members, we are here for you. You may call us at 1-888-769-7873 anytime between 9am and 9pm EST Monday through Thursday and between 9am and 5pm EST on Friday and Saturday.

We have been in business for over 15 years. Our mission is simple… We want to create the best customer experience for everyone who tries Purity Products. In no way shape or form would we ever charge you a single cent for anything you don’t want. And in no way would we want to tarnish our reputation by partaking in any unethical practice.

While it may seem like the complaints against us on the web are widespread, they are only a fraction of a percentage of the thousands of packages we send out monthly. This is not an excuse, however. We take each and every complaint very seriously. Since October 2008, we have done the following:

  • Refined our customer care training program to ensure the highest level of training.

  • Hired many more customer care specialists.

  • Expanded our call monitoring program to ensure customer care specialists are performing as expected.

  • Reached out to customers who posted complaints on other sites in order to resolve their issues.

  • Continued our obligation to confirm, record, and review each and every order with customers.

Please know that call volumes vary at times. Waiting on hold is not fun, we know. When a customer care specialist gets to you, they will do everything in their power to satisfy you fully. If you’re on hold for a billing issue, we will fix it, not leave you responsible for the bill. We are not that type of company, which unfortunately is prevalent today. If you have any concern, please give us the chance to hear it and address it.

We also have a liberal guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we have a 60-day money back policy. This means if you are not totally satisfied with our product(s) you can return the bottles, even if they’re empty, for a complete refund of the purchase price.
